All state owned rest areas are also closed. Not sure if that means parking or just bathrooms/vending.

I’m in IL and the restrauants are closing to dine in. Take out and delivery only. I was at a chemical plant loading and was told I could come into the control room, but they are considering making drivers stay outside the building.

Also we rec’d a message today that we will not be altering HOS because we are not hauling any products under the exemption.

Saw a funny thing at a truck stop in Illinois today. Restaurant was closed with a sign about corona virus, But the roller grill was full and ready for business. I don’t know about you but I’d be more concerned about catching something from a hot dog rolling around in the open than about sitting at a table in a restaurant.
