You should repost this in the general discussions part of the forum rather than the diaries section.

Did you get this ticket before you applied to PAM and what was the outcome of the ticket?

When did you get this ticket?

Was it on your MVR before you applied and did you disclose it?

Where do you live?

As Rob D started reposting in the General discussions section will give you more advice. There is much more activity over there. Your only option is to apply to as many jobs as possible but you have a few things going against you. You only have about 1 month of experience driving, you were terminated just after you went solo, the speeding ticket and your age. Age is a factor because most companies require you to be 23 for insurance purposes. I am also interested to hear if you informed Pam about the ticket on your application. How old is the ticket? Did you fight it or just pay it? With a CDL make sure you fight every ticket due to the way any ticket will affect your job. I received a citation that would have cost me $335 and lawyers in my area charge $600. Its more money to fight a ticket but factoring in increased insurance premiums and job prospects it's worth it. It doesn't make sense for them to train you if they can't keep you around as a driver. Every moving violation is a huge deal with a CDL and those over 15 mph are difficult to get hired with regardless if it's in a CMV or personal vehicle. Your best option is going to be apply everywhere and hope for the best. You may need to just wait a couple years until it's off your MVR. There are some companies that are more lenient in hiring such as C.R. England, Western Express and Carolina Cargo. You should check them out as well as using this link to Apply For Truck Driving Jobs. Good luck, please keep us updated.
