I wouldn’t say I lied I honestly didn’t know I had to put that on there. That was my fault but I did the application already and they pulled my mvr. Already So it is what it is

My guess is that you signed a contract agreeing to pay full price for your CDL schooling. This would mean you are indeed on the hook for the tuition. You need to look over your contract to get your answer.
To be fair, the speeding ticket happened before you began orientation, but after you completed and turned in your application. So no you didn't lie on your application. But, I'm certain you signed something during orientation agreeing to disclose any past, present, or future accidents or citations, both commercial and personal.
Hoping it went away came back to bite you.

That’s what I’m saying. When that ticket happened it was too late I already filled out the application and my mvr was already pulled they pulled it a second time. After. I upgraded Bc I decided to gone pay the ticket. But. I should of got a lawyer Nd fought it.

I have been busy with orientation, but following this thread.
I'm not going to pile on, but I might have some suggestions that might help you.
Did you have your CLP when you got the ticket?
And, to be clear, did you just plead guilty and pay the ticket?

Before getting their CDL, commercial drivers will receive their commercial learner's permit (CLP) upon passing the written portion of the CDL exam. They will not have to retake the written exam to get their CDL.

If you were terminated before you could fulfill your obligations with paM and driver solution. Are you still considered under contract. I was terminated Bc of my mvr I believe.
