Ok so western gets a bad rep. I honestly think its people who want too much out of a second chance company. Sure things get frustrating. Im pretty sure all the experienced drivers would agree with me when i say thats called trucking. The only frustrating thing is break down knows by name and its mostly not my truck but the trailers that I hook up to. Ok back on trail. If you have a good relationship with your dm and tell him you want miles and you push those miles they will give them to you this picture is the second day this week i drove miles like this. The load I just took was 800 miles loaded. If you come here with feathers of a duck and let the frustrations roll off you can be successful in this company.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

👏 that's a solid day, good job! Hopefully you continue to have days with that much mileage it'll definitely make for a great check. Just keep doing what you're doing and it won't go unnoticed. Every company has things that are frustrating whether its policies and office staff or other drivers leaving equipment not reporting defects to have them repaired. The best we can do is demonstrate our professionalism and go with the flow, ensure our equipment is in acceptable condition before moving it, and keeping our dispatcher informed about any issues that will affect us not making our appointments on time.

Many Kudos, man. Very happy for you. I TOTALLY AGREE, about Western. Look at the product in Old School that they turned out!

Impressive. Keep on keeping on, Mike.
