I believe this is a Kentucky rest area on I-65. Someone vandalized the horse, broke its legs off at the base, removed and stole its head.

This happened on the 23rd near Marshall Junction Missouri on I-70 eastbound. I was westbound and had about a 3 mile backup from head turners. These shots are of the rear of the lead truck, the front end then the rear end of the middle truck then the third truck. It is confusing how it happened as traffic was extremely light that day both directions. This can serve as a dire warning for all of us, pay attention to the road and WATCH YOUR FOLLOWING DISTANCE.

This was on a wall at the parking structures ground floor of a casino I was at recently. It's as it looks, just a solid concrete wall. Obviously they had an issue with people driving into it or they wouldnt have had to do this. People are dumb sometimes...or drunk... Smh.

I wonder how a self-driving Tesla would react in a garage area like that photo?
