So I will be 21 soon and considering Prime Inc, but have a job from 3 years ago, where I got fired from for saying I stole money customer left on table as tip for waiter, I was a bus boy and we clean tables off, would that be a good idea to put them on my resume, or not even though they will still probably find out?

One good rule to always follow, especially when a person reaches the age of being an adult, is to always tell the truth.

Try to hide something from a perspective employer such as Prime? It will be discovered during the background checks and then you're most likely going home.

Tell the truth tell your side of the story and let the chips fall where they fall lie about it and get caught and that’s a wrap!!! I’ve got a real extensive back ground but I always make sure I’m upfront about it a lot of companies said no!! But a lot said yes and I’ve got nothing to hide or worry about popping up!!! Good luck hope helps
