I got into an accident in 2019 my fault driving a tt. I just applied for insurance through Ooida it didn’t show up on my abstract but during the employment verification process the employer I worked for sent them the insurance paperwork from that accident and ooida denied me. I have 11yrs experience. My question is when does of at all this accident fall off and or are there any insurance companies that work with cdl holders with accidents as far as obtaining insurance on own truck?
