I Used macro 12 once lol "Message to management" when my DM skirted around a question I had he never answered fully. 5 minutes after I hit the send button he was calling me (message goes to HIS bosses!) I knew that, is why I sent it out to get an Honest full answer.....Of course I played a bit dumb about where message goes hahaha. BUT It worked !

Sorry to hear all this in your 1st week dayyyum PITA....Take a deep breath and think long and hard before giving up As said try to fix it even if you have change DM's .....Some try to bully you into things more for THEIR benefit Ya gotta learn to micro manage THEM lol Mines real cool and takes care of us for the most part.

Except getting us onto a regular dedicated lane, which I may just go direct to dedicated dept and ask what's available out here. Freight seems to slowed a bit but at least I'm/we're working as it were

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
