Never said I couldn't hack it with a trainer or wanted off, we just had a bit of a misunderstanding that almost got me tossed off. We were both having a bad day and I got my ass chewed out becuase he thought I misplaced a Bill of lading which I didn't and I said something the wrong way and he took it as me copping an attitude. Nothing serious happened i apologized and I'm not getting kicked off the truck.

Zach, you should update your handle to Fake Drama.

Done with this one.

Imagine that Zach... your trainer thought you “copped an attitude”. There in lies your issue Zach...

Attitude and immaturity.

Damn once y'all have it out for somebody on here that's it huh? Guess I better go hang my keys up because some TT members want me off the road because they don't like me. Maybe I should go hang the keys up becuase a misunderstanding happened 😂

I might not be the smartest driver out here but I'm not dumb enough to leave while I'm still in debt for school. Just saying

Bruh. You keep coming in here, giving sketchy details on what happened, always acting like you're five minutes away from being fired... and then after you say you apologize or own up to (in this case) whatever you did wrong... the problem goes away.

So it sounds almost like you're creating your own damn problems, repeatedly. All I, or anyone else gets from that, is that you haven't actually listened to anything any of us have said. Especially not the stuff I've said since I've done all the stupid mistakes a kid in their early 20's can make.

More to the point: changed behaviors should result in different scenarios.

Instead, you keep coming back with what amounts to the same problem: personality conflicts with (at least?) one co-driver at Western, your DM at Western, and now your trainer at Swift. You say you're getting some kind of a handle on the mechanical skills, that's great. But whatever in the holy hell you are doing personality wise has gotta stop.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Looks like things might not work out, I had to go out for 200 hours with a trainer that has a very short fuse. I've been biting my tongue and being respectful and trying to get through my hours but we had a small altercation that might be getting me kicked off the truck. Hopefully it's just empty threats but if worse comes to worse Western Express has been blowing up my phone trying to get me to come back. I just hope this guy dosent decide to leave me in the middle of nowhere

HAHAHA do you really think some of these guys have it out for you? Not even close....they are just stating the truth, which you can't seem to acknowledge and face up to.

This is a long post with several incidents in it. The latest one, which I copied, shows you are having another issue and whining about it again. What do you want us to say? You have a number of guys and Anne on your side and they are trying to build you up. The others aren't moly-coddling you and that's for your own good.

You didn't finish your Army time....while you didn't say why, I have a sneaking suspicion as to why. Your schooling for being a driver has been fraught with incidents one after another and my thoughts are that they are brought on by you and your attitude. You need a swift kick in the butt to learn to grow up!

Zack what in the hell are you talking about? You are wrong again. Nobody has it out for you. But just about every post or comment from you has been some whiny sob story. We’ve all tried helping you and giving you countless advice. You were the one that came back and said you were getting kick off of the truck for a “small altercation”. First off trainees don’t typical get kicked off of the truck for something small. And two trainees don’t get left at a truck stop typically unless someone fears for their well-being. The sooner you can see past you’re one bs the quicker you might become successful at this.

I got kicked out becuase I got an injury that had me on profile for a long time and when I was RTD'd I was out of shape and failed a PT test and a remedial one. I got chaptered out with a general discharge under honorable conditions so obviously I wasn't that much of a problem.

Definitely keep it , theres a lot of possibilities you can have with a cdl . There are construction companies that NEED guys with it simply to transport equipment or paving compartments with dump or cement trucks. You invested in it so it's in your best interest to hold on to it.
