If they know about the DUI and will still give you a shot, contact your recruiter and tell them you are double checking to make sure you haven't forgotten anything and do they remember you mentioning your suspension.
Good luck
Driving Under the Influence
I have my CDL permit, and I'm scheduled to start CDL with Roehl trucking. My question is, and I didn't even realize it until today is that I had a driving suspension from June 2017 as a result of a DUI I had in 2015. I was very honest throughout the whole hiring process and brought up my DUI and information they inquired about. I'm not sure if they asked about the suspension in relation to this or if I answered this question (If I did I would've been honest as I could have been about it). My concern now is that they are running my history through GIS which will show my suspension and I am hoping it doesn't interfere with my scheduled training which starts this month. Any help? Anyone know of trucking companies that will hire with a suspension that is over 3 years old? Thanks for your help.
Excellent advice from Big Scott, as always !! Maybe if Roehl doesn't play ball ex post facto, CFI will ???
Why not call (or email?) Roehl first thing in the a.m., making sure y'all are on the same page ?!??! Be blatantly honest about how it worked out / panned out for you. I'd get it discussed BEFORE heading to training. Just IMHO.

ps: There ARE lists of companies that HIRE with DUI's, and what their criterion is / may be. It's all in our pudding!
