Glad to have found this post. Thanks Daniel. I'm 6'7 so I understand it will be tight in any truck, but the pics and your measurements help me to realize it's doable.

Another plus for Prime.

At your size they'll give you a fullsize truck without a doubt. While they do want their solo drivers in a LW truck, they are smart enough to realize that some people need a fullsize truck. Let it be known that you would appreciate a fullsize truck, but you shouldnt have to fight a war to get one.

Hey guys crazy question, do you think a lw truck would be doable if your significant other wanted to travel with you every now and again? Or is it simply too tight . Assuming you to are in shape and can both fit in the sleeper of course confused.gifgood-luck-2.gif

Absolutely not. Just no chance. You'll be miserable and so will the lady. If you're going to be having anyone tag along I suggest you try to get a fullsize truck.

Thanks, I was wondering what the LW trucks looked like with out the passenger seat. Extra money is extra money!

This is a great post. Will be going to Prime orientation in July and wondered what LW trucks would be like. All I hear are good things about Prime and I am excited to get started. Probably the wrong thread but how are the benefits (insurance) at Prime?

I'm glad I found this. Interesting but as someone else mentioned.. this isn't a gal's truck. I would also plan to do most of my own meals and would like my daughter to be able to come along from time to time too, so passenger seat would need to stay, but the $ are very tempting.

How well does that cooler work? Back in the day, my ex and I used one on our truck and ditched it quickly in favor of a refrigerator. What are you cooking your meals on? Of course he had to have his coffee maker but, like you I'm a tea person, since allergic to coffee. We used to carry a small propane grill about the size of a tackle box that used those coleman canisters, along with a small folding table and chairs, microwave, tv... you get the idea lol. We'd be grilling steaks in the parking lot while waiting to get loaded or unloaded, sitting outside in nice weather enjoying our dinner. We hauled produce so fresh fruits and veggies were always real easy to buy at the docks since we always went to the same places and they knew us well, but definitely needed the fridge for meat storage to be safe.

I didnt see a TV in any of them pics. Im probably getting a LW in about 3 weeks. Where would you put a TV in there and how would you mount it?

I found a pic one time where the guy had a fridge where Daniel's cooler is and mounted a tv on top of it.
