I'm truly sorry to hear of your family issues. My dad worked freight RR and we just accepted that he'd be gone 2-4 days at a time and slept odd hours.
I hope you can get things straightened out. Don't be a stranger tho.
Laura
Wishing you the best Jammer!
I am sorry to hear about your troubles at home. I understand it though. This is a tough job. It takes everybody on board to make it work. I've often said the folks at home make just as many sacrifices as the person on the road. Keep in touch if you can. You've done a great job out here. I wish you continued success in the oil fields.
Thank you 2 I won’t be a stranger I just gotta help my kids as much as I can right now and get some money built up at the same time on a good note I’m being made a tool pusher so the money part is good!!
Good job jammer. Nothing is more important than family and while I'm sorry to hear what your going through I've been there. Mine was kind of the opposite lol I didn't get divorced until I took the local job. I'm glad to hear the oilfield is picking back up though and just don't be a stranger. It harder to keep up on the forum when your local though.

TWIC:
Transportation Worker Identification Credential
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
