Old School,

Where are you in Florida? I am a long time follower of your posts and support of your responses to fellow drivers here on TT. I have met a few of the TT drivers in my travels around USA while 5th wheeling in the RV and being as you are showing 17 miles from me here in Winter Haven I would be honored to do a meet and greet with you if at all possible. Please reply either here on TT or better yet send me an email or text as in my profile page. I hope we can do a meet before you fly away. Be safe and keep recovering your health.

Hey Navypopop I'm at the Knight terminal in Lakeland. I'd love to meet you, but we will have to do it another time. I've got a lot on my plate today.

I will be here often I'm sure. The dedicated account I'm on has many customers in Florida. Let's plan on the next time I'm coming, and I will notify you ahead of time. That way we can do it right and sit down together at a restaurant or something like that.

I look forward to meeting you.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Oh, wow !!

News to me, also....!

My family is in Bradenton, and I may go down this winter to see my sister; so y'all keep me in the loop, too!

Until this dang shoulder is 'totally' in cahoots with me . . . (I'm getting there!) I'm not sure 'when' I can get in a truck.

Be safe, ALL !!
