Leather chaps with fringe.

In all seriousness though, boxer briefs. Fatigues or cargo pants. Wallet in the cargo pocket. I also keep the seat adjusted pretty high, so it's like sitting on a standard kitchen chair. Some guys keep it really low, which doesn't make sense to me, but what do I know. With it on cruise, you can keep your legs far apart.

I have long legs though, 36" inseam. So I can reach the pedals even with the seat up higher

Sitting for 11+ hours a day is one of many things you'll need to get used to. I had similar issues starting out. I got a gel seat cushion to help with my hindquarters and wedding tackle getting compressed as I would sink deeper into the truck's seat as the hours would go by. By putting the cushion on the truck seat backwards from the way shown in picture in the link (back of the cushion facing the front of the seat) it gave my junk some clearance away from the seat and instead of the seat pressing against the sides of my hindquarters forcing my legs together the cushion gave my backside a firm foundation so the only pressure I felt was from my own body weight pressing down against the cushion's soft gel allowing me to spread out comfortably.

I also don't like wearing denim or tight materials.

I agree with this.

Wear loose-fitting clothing for driving. I also LOVE Tommy John underwear. It's super expensive, like $26 - $30 per pair, but I've tried tons of different brands and nothing compares.

I also used those wooden beaded seat covers to prevent my clothing from sticking to the cloth seat. If your clothing sticks to the seat and the seat rocks back and forth, it pushes your pants up toward your waist (almost like a wedgie) and squashes the boys. You don't have this problem nearly as bad on leather or vinyl seats, but the cloth seats really grab your clothing.

Jeans are not good for long hours. I wear soft shorts. And what's the point of keeping a wallet in any pocket? I put it in a storage box above my head, and can reach it when needed.

The Tommy John line are extremely comfortable, as are the Under Armor at a bit lower price. They definitely keep things comfortable.

I'd say ball sweat is yet another issue caused by sitting all day. I find the heated/cooled pleather seats in my new truck help out with both issues.

Our kiddo wears Tommy Johns . . . swears he needs them for riding his dirtbike.

Gawsh, I'm glad I'm a female!

I wear jeans 325+ days driving each year. No usual problems. I keep the cab an icebox, so that may help.
