Freedom Convoy

I had the honor of passing the Freedom Convoy heading east on I-70 in Ohio, while I was westbound on Thursday. It must have been at least ten miles long. Almost every overpass in OH was filled with patriots waving flags, as were many along side the hwy. I would like to thank all of those who participated, looking out for the freedoms for all of us. You residents in Ohio should be proud of your fellow citizens braving the cold and wind to support the convoy.

Tom 'tried' to get routed for a delivery to Colgate (yeah, the new $10.00 toothpaste boxes, haha..) in Cambridge, Ohio .. where they had another 'meet & greet' but didn't get the fortune to. He got sent North, away from the fun. Didn't see anything of it, dang it.

Thank you Anne, and your fellow citizens of Ohio. The photos don’t do what happened justice. I was traveling west, and most of the patriots were facing the east bound traffic. So, you can’t really see much in my poor quality photos. I transversed the whole state of Ohio on the I-70, and almost every overpass had flag waving patriots on it.

My fear is that this will be a repeat of the last attempt back when the gripe was the Elog mandate (really they should have been focused on HOS but oh well). They were also concerned supposedly with the numbers of immigrant drivers (it was organized by Sikhs, the same immigrants they were complaining about) and then,,,,,,, Black smoke matters weren’t acting the fool and pretty much ruined any opportunity they had of getting a real conversation going with any representative. Everyone got excited about Trump being in office, especially when he tipped his hat to professional drivers (only to realize he did pretty much nothing to help the logistics industry) and then that made them mad, so now what? Late to the game, no agenda and no preparation for when they arrive. I’m all about peaceful protests and highly encourage it, especially at this time in our history. My fear is that this will go down in the history books as another milk toast action which achieved nothing more than the ability for some to stroke their ego. I hope I’m wrong.

I think this is a massive part of the awakening that has happened over the past two years throughout our society, and waking people up is the first step to making change. People must understand that we have a major crisis going on within our government and major institutions across the board. If they're not aware of it, they can't protect themselves and they certainly won't do anything about it.

The awakening has been a very long, slow, and painful process, but we've come a long way.

My entire life I completely ignored politics and the news. I just did my thing. I always said if our society degrades to where we can't live our lives peacefully and freely, then it's time to get involved. When they unleashed their COVID plan, that time had come. I've been heavily involved since.

I hope one day our society regains its stability and we return to the rule of law. I hope someday we have representatives that put America First and respect our rights and freedoms so I can once again ignore news and politics and go back to doing my thing.

We're a long way from that right now, though.

I believe we have excellent results already from the People's Convoy, and from the Canadian Convoy.

The Canadians completely exposed the corrupt media, the corrupt police (whoever those 'cops' were), and the true dictatorial ambitions of their Prime Minister and his cronies.

With the U.S. convoy arriving today, the mainstream media is trying desperately to pretend it isn't happening. Mainstream social media is trying desperately to censor any information about it. Politicians will try to paint the participants as terrorists and extremists. As we witness how the government, media, and major corporations play this, we expose them for who they really are......enemies of the people with an evil agenda.

We are living through one of the most extraordinary times in human history, and still many don't see it. But I'm hopeful because the Canadian and U.S. convoys woke up quite a few of my friends and family. The same people who used to think I was exaggerating the seriousness of our times or concocting wild conspiracy theories now realize I was right all along and come to me for updates. What a turnaround! It's incredibly encouraging!

Honest to God, if every American citizen read the book "1984" the world would change drastically almost overnight. The awakening would be explosive. But I look forward to Nuremberg 2.0 and some massive, sweeping changes in the way we run our country in the coming months and years.

I dream of once again living in a world where I have no reason to care about politics or the news.

I keep a copy of 1984 on the bookshelf at home and have read it on a few occasions lol. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad to see it happening and never thought in my lifetime that I would say I detest what our federal system, media etc has come to. I truly wish them success once they decide what the agenda will be but I’m worried that it will be like the last couple attempts. The whole Covid narrative, the ridiculous actions, the absolute ignoring of important scientists and medical practitioners to placate the bank accounts of major corporations and the Uber rich, we could go on. The blind eye of the media and governments to the absolute goals of the global elite is astounding and I know I’m fed up with it. Just get out of our way, let us live our lives and stop trying to control every aspect of daily living. Hopefully, people don’t forget what the last two years in particular have shown us.

Specifically, the People's Convoy is demanding "the Declaration of National Emergency Concerning The Covid-19 Pandemic be lifted." That Declaration of National Emergency has provided a shield, behind which state and local governments, as well as pharmaceutical companies, have hid.

For decades, most of the American Public was busy working, trying to make ends meet, while those seeking to gain personal power, chipped away ever so slowly, at the very core values and liberties of our society. This movement by itself, may not result in earth-shattering changes. But, together with other movements geared toward restoring Liberty, might make the difference needed to restore us to a nation where our children can enjoy the bright light of Freedom so much of us grew up under.

Sure, we can sit and scoff at the efforts of others. We can say it'll never make a difference. To that, I say; THANK GOD THE PATRIOTS OF 1776 DIDN'T GIVE IN SO EASILY!
