Sorry, I came off more negative than I ment too. If they are currently hiring they must have freight. It is coming into the busy season for LTL they are probably trying to fill some openings before they get behind.

It wouldn't hurt to explore it, just be prepared to be called off at times.

LTL:

Less Than Truckload

Refers to carriers that make a lot of smaller pickups and deliveries for multiple customers as opposed to hauling one big load of freight for one customer. This type of hauling is normally done by companies with terminals scattered throughout the country where freight is sorted before being moved on to its destination.

LTL carriers include:

  • FedEx Freight
  • Con-way
  • YRC Freight
  • UPS
  • Old Dominion
  • Estes
  • Yellow-Roadway
  • ABF Freight
  • R+L Carrier

Aren’t you with Old Dominion? I’d stay with them. Far more stable situation than T-Force. Besides you’re higher on the board there than you would be with TF.

I don't plan on leaving voluntarily until I can retire in 33 years.

Sorry I got you confused with Bobcat Bob…
