Carts?? What kind of carts? How many are put back on your truck?
I see you are at the WallyWorld in Corinne. I'd find a hole where the Swift trucks are parked, back in and sneak them off and leave them around their trucks 😉

I'm at that DC a lot, never had that problem. I'm currently at the wally world dc in sparks. The entire office goes to lunch and doesn't come back until 1 am. Past my window. I called dispatch and made sure they documented my arrival so we don't get a late.

The carts were the kind used for hauling plants. Finally an agreement was reached where Wal-Mart would take the carts. I missed out on the load that I was scheduled to pickup. It's all good. Wal-Mart is getting charged for that detention, which ended up being 8 hours.

It only happens when I get a load where I am hauling plants. Some times it's unload and put the empty carts back on and other times it's unload and the receiver keeps the carts. For whatever reason, they were convinced at this Wal-Mart that I was taking the carts back with me to the shipper in OH.
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.

I have been unloaded, but the receiver has put carts their product was on back on the truck. I am supposed to go pickup another load, but I can't with those carts in the trailer. Company dispatch is telling me to have the receiver remove the carts. The receiver is refusing to keep the carts. So now I get to just sit here for who knows how long. Fun times.
