Has anyone had a violation not show up in the clearinghouse? It has been 3 months and it still is saying zero violations.

If we knew the specific violation better advice and opinions will be provided to you regarding the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Hello, It was a refusal which is considered a positive. I keep checking but clearinghouse says I have zero violations and it’s been 3 months.

I can't give a precise answer without knowing all of the exact details regarding it but I can give you a general thought.

Non-Federal drug tests are not reported to the clearinghouse.

Federal (DOT) tests are reported to the clearinghouse.

I suspect you may have refused a Non-Federal test, which would not go to the clearinghouse.

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

OWI:

Operating While Intoxicated
