Congrats! I for one, am thankful for the contributions of every one of the forum members. Without their posts, comments, and sometimes snark, I would not have survived my first 6 months, let alone 2 years.

Thank you seems insufficient sometimes.

Yes, indeed! Davy is now a moderator. We have one more new moderator, and I was about to make that announcement, but he asked me not to say anything. He's a little shy about it. But you guys will notice soon, I'm sure.

I have a third person I've emailed, and I'm waiting for a response. I'm also looking to add one or two more.

It's been quite a while since we've promoted any new moderators, and it always feels great.

Congrats to Davy, or more appropriately, thank you for being an awesome contributor and helping so many people work their way in this incredibly difficult career!

With me being on moderation again, I can see the need for the promotions. 😝

In all seriousness, I am happy for both of these guys. Great contributors to the forum and consummate professionals.

Thanks for the warm response, you all!

Congratulations, Davey!

I declined Brett's first offer. Luckily my agent was able to negotiate a 3 year, $5,000,000 contract which I accepted🤣

Rumor has it that OldSchool is making upwards of $10,000,000/year. And worth every penny.

RD, all those big signing bonuses and all you instant millionaires are still driving? Now that’s what I call true dedication. What is worth noting is that none of you have become an O/O. I guess that’s because you all want to keep your money, lol

Interestingly enough, I had this conversation with my wife a few days ago.

We bought an apartment in Brooklyn in our old neighborhood that we're currently renovating. The plan is to rent it out and take a loan on it to buy another rental property closer to home.

She asked me if everything works out, would I leave FedEx and I told her no. I like the company and I love what I do. We're a few steps away from not needing to work, but I still will. I recently learned, I'm not built for sitting at home and I was much happier when I was working.

Congratulations to you both. It appears PJ and I both need to find a new agent.

Was it Todd? He hasn't been responding to my emails, calls or texts either.
