Told you, that you got this! Congrats on your shiny new CDL. Now the real learning starts!

Be safe, and approach everything with a safety mindset and learn everything you can.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

James: WOW WOW WOW!!!

It’s amazing how fast you went from zero to sixty. Looks like TMC got a good man. It’s flatbed, but that’s better than not driving at all, lol.

Thanks everyone! I'm on lunch now. All day long they are training us to do 45 backs. After 3 times with instruction while doing it, I did the 4th by myself. Felt good 👍.

Thanks again for all of your words of encouragement and advice. Definitely made because of all of you!
