Free Truck Driver Training With Less Then One Year Driving Record?

Hello my name is Torey! I'm from Flint Michigan i'm 29 and am just now getting around to getting my drivers license. I've decided that i want to be a truck driver. The problem i am having it i can not seem to find a company that will pay for the training if you have lees then 1 year's driving record. Any help would be much appreciated.
That just it. There is nothing that really can be done. You must have your class d license for at least a year before you can get a cdl and that includes going into school to learn how to drive a truck.
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
The funny thing about it is, I call the the DMV and asked if there was a waiting period after I got my Drivers License to apply for my CDL permit and said no I just had to be 18. IT's driving me nuts! The local baker has a 20 week course not sure if i can afford it and or if it is as good as Prime Inc?

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.DMV:

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.

He is correct but trucking companies dont go by what the DMV says. They go by what their company policies are which are dictated by their insurance companies.
