I took my written tests today and I have my permit with all the endorsements. But as a technicality, they were not able to list the HM and the bus endorsements because I still need a background check and fingerprints. My head is still spinning from all those questions. A big thanks to Brett and the High Road Training Program as well as the CDL Practice Tests. If it hadn't been for them, I wouldn't have passed. I did bomb out on combination vehicles
but aced it on the retest. The retest only took me 8 minutes! On the first round, there were some things I never saw at all wrapped up in trick questions. But no matter, I PASSED!
Now it is off to school on Monday!!!

CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Combination Vehicle:
A vehicle with two separate parts - the power unit (tractor) and the trailer. Tractor-trailers are considered combination vehicles.
HOS:
Hours Of Service
HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
