You might consider trying the route I took. If you have a local driving school be it an independent school or one through a community college you may be able just to take the road test with them. I went to the local driving school and they charged me 75 bucks for just the road test. After I finished I took the paper saying I passed to the div and got my license.

I have my permit have passed my knowledge test and air brakes tanker and hazmat test and have my permit to drive with a CDL B or A on the road test. The person that I had and truck to do this with have moved away how can I get it done with out going to school? I only want to drive local and will be moving to another state later on but do not know when. That you for your help in at fance.
