Well...since you are soooooooo quiet.. I'll give you my thoughts on the jitters you get when you have kicked a habit....I chew gum...lots and lots of gum...I eat crunchy stuff...I like to eat gummy worms...gives my mouth something to do.... Any other suggestions, ladies ??
lol. Starcar, I know the feeling. I like crunchy things.like nuts. Gunny worms huh? Were you a smoker? How long has it been?
I stopped smoking 10 plus years ago. I chewed lots and lots of big red. Kills the taste buds.
Unfortunately, i'm still a smoker...but not as bad as I once was...I've trickle down to half a pack a day....which is amazing from 3 packs a day...I need to change my habits...then just quit them all together..
I remember when my dad quit smoking, he used to eat sunflower seeds. Its work for the one seed so it gave him something to do with his hands and his mouth. Sometimes when he was really stressed hed sit on the porch in his smoking spot, frantically cracking seeds like there might be gold in one lol. Its worth a shot if you like seeds
