Hello Jimmy, welcome to the forum!

We've had a lot of people come through here and get their start at Prime - it is a great place to get started and has some of the industry's highest rookie pay rates.

Do yourself a big favor and take a while to read through our Truck Driver's Career Guide. Follow all the links you encounter and you will get a great education into what you are getting yourself into.

Also there is no better training available to you than our High Road Training Program. You really should work your way through that and you will discover that you will easily be at the head of your class at Prime, and while they are all stressing out over the pressure they are under to pass those tests, you will just be sailing right through it all because you are so over prepared.

Welcome aboard, and feel free to ask as many questions as come to your mind.

  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

HOS:
