They come 2 in a bag bout 50 lbs a bag ,if needed and ya have a chain rack on ur truck it will be located on the trailer or behind ur cabin front of ur drives,ya can seporate them to hang them. or ya can take them out of the bag one set at a time and just lay them in ur side box but they do take up some room. I've seen some drivers bungee cord the bags to their catwalk.

They give you a physical exam you must pass before obtaining your license, for my license I had to hold and walk with 75lbs. If you can handle the physical exam you should be fine in my opinion.

My wife is 5' 1" and she can handle the super singles chains just fine. I think you'll be fine!

Super Singles:

A single, wide wheel substituted for a tandem (two wheel) assembly. The main benefit of a super single is a reduction in weight and lower rolling resistance which provide better fuel economy. The disadvantage is the lack of tire redundancy (or a 'backup tire' in case of a blowout) from which tandem wheels benefit. A tire blowout is more dangerous with a super single and can not be driven on.

I have difficulty's carrying chains in my right hand due to limited movement in my wrist.. I just drag them to the tire and slowly work them on the tire.... You'll find ways to not need to chain up too. Avoid area's that have snow with trip planning, or if you have a load with room on deliver time, shut down until chain restriction has been lifted... This past winter I only chained up twice. And have been stuck in some of the storms that went on...

And not all companies do those physical exercise... I know prime does not sure of others.. With swift I never had to life and walk with any thing..

TWIC:

Transportation Worker Identification Credential

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.

Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
