Man I don't know what the point of going to a CDL school is for because knce you go to orientation all of that stuff from school goes out the window and you have to learn it the companies way!

Yeah you're right. My school didn't teach us to skip shift and bump & recovery. They just taught us to go through every gear, so that adjustment was diff.

This makes me less nervous about May Trucking orientation because I thought I would have to know mostly everything regarding skills and shifting.
