Well fellas my first company came crashing down today. I passed the dot just fine. The agility was a diffrent story. My heart rate spiked and never came back down. I was sent home. This agility test will get you if ur nervous. I wasn't even breathing heavy. The guy told me to breathe more so I listened and almost passed out from hyperventilating. I was sick a week ago and am still recovering so could be why. Anyway the company was conway.
P.s I guess I'm selling g cars for a while. Least I halve some sort of backup
Man, I'm sorry to hear. Don't give up .... there are other companies out there that will hire you. You don't have to settle for selling cars. Check out Werner, Swift, Knight, and Prime.

James...without knowing what kind of shape you're in...if you have access to a treadmill or elliptical...start moving on it. Get the heart rate up and maintain it for awhile. When I haven't worked out in awhile my heart rate always runs higher. After I'm back in the gym and back at the cardio..the heart rate gradually comes down and stays at much lower levels. Give it a shot. Not just good for the job, good for you at the same time.
Operating While Intoxicated
Tons of companies out there to choose from.....let your body recover from the sickness you said you had last week. Also like stated by others, do some exercise, even just walking, if your like me and not in the best shape. I am 54, 6 ft, and too heavy at 250lbs. I find myself out of breath after doing minor chores....but I haven't been active/working for the last 4 months.
You WILL find a company that will hire you without a problem.....its Conways loss...not yours
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
Hey thanks for keeping my spirits up. Yeah I. Gonna hit the gym and then Give it another go. Now I know what to expect. The test physically isn't hard as I was able to complete the task real easy but my heart just wanted to beat away, I guess my body was shocked lol. I just seen guys two or 3 times my size pull this off and a guy like me an ex firefighter in the airforce struggle. I made sure I told these guys what I used to do and that I didn't agree with this test because imo it's discriminatory. But yup your right conway lost a great potential driver there loss.
So I'm gonna take some time to get in better shape and go at it again. They did encourage me to come back and i didn't have to pay for the 2nd 30 hr greyhound bus I. 24 hrs
Give swift a call they do not do any agility tests.
