Interesting article. Thanks for sharing it. I used to go into Jersey City every night, and sometimes during the day. I know Truck Route 1 & 9 well, and a lot of ways to get onto or off of it, in case there was an accident or random construction project.
I'd love to have more of the interstate for just trucks!
