Hi Everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. Name is Mark, live in Yuma AZ - transplant from central MN 2 months ago. (Yeah, exchanged bitter cold for the serious heat) worked as a Jail Sergeant the past 12 + years and tried to get into similar work here in AZ, no luck thus far so like many others I have always wanted to drive truck. SO, now is the best time for me to pursue this HUGE life style change. I will be starting my training with the Yuma Truck Driving School this coming Monday. A bit nervous, anxious, excited all wrapped in one. I am sure I will have lots of questions coming soon, I truly appreciate sites like this one with real people to bounce things off of. Sorry for being a bit long winded here. Mark

Hey Mark - welcome aboard!

Long winded? pfffffff. Not even close. I'm Italian. The only time we stop talking is if we're eating or someone is choking us! I built this forum and I had to limit the length that each message could be for myself more than anyone else!

We enjoy the conversation. Say all you like.

I see you're about 1/3 of the way through our High Road CDL Training Program and you have a 99% score???? Awesome!!! That's how you do it! Keep at it. You're going to be thrilled when you get to class on Monday and you already know pretty much everything they'll be teaching.

Look forward to following along with you through your training.
