Its 17.5 cents per mile for team and you get paid for both miles driven say you drove 350 and the other person drove 250 you get paid for 350+250 Miles x 17.5 cents per mile =$105.00 Now if you drive solo you get paid about 28 cents per mile. I to have been looking into Pam. Good luck
Yeah, they change that stuff constantly. I mean like from month to month even. It depends on driver demand, their competitors, their market research, and their "flavor of the month" in middle management. So it's tough to keep up with.
Thanks guys! Now things make a lot more sense to me. They told me I would need to drive team for 6 months, so that explains the 2 separate pay scales.

I called Driver Solutions about 10 days ago, and spoke with one of the driver agents. When I asked him how much PAM paid their drivers during the first year, he said it was 17.5 cents per mile. He said that they would also receive a $1500 sign on bonus.
Here on Trucking Truth in the PAM company review, I noticed that it says that drivers are paid 26 to 28 cents per mile, but makes no mention of the $1500 bonus.
My question is, has PAM lowered their pay per mile rate and started offering a sign on bonus to compensate for that, or is there another explanation for this?
