New guy here. Trying to get into the industry. Gonna beat a dead horse and continue to bump this thread, as time goes on policies change. Getcha popcorn. I was a pot smoker til Thanksgiving 2017. Dropped it cold turkey (and ate a bunch of cold turkey sammiches!) as it has led me nowhere but misery and dead-end jobs. I WANT A CAREER! I have no desire to use again and understand I can't in this industry. I should not have to prove to any forum user that I've kicked the habit and I don't want any flak for it. Please give productive advice or ignore me.

So, what are the starting companies with sponsored training that will only do a UA? I've checked the link for Hair vs UA and a lot of it seems outdated with Wil-trans/Jim Palmer and CRST being the most updated and offering sponsored training. I'm looking for as many options as possible. I'm in the Phoenix area if that helps. Another month and I will be fine for a hair test, and no, I do not have the means to sit around another month to be on the safe side for a hair test, I can pee clean all day and tomorrow as I've been self-testing at home. I need to get something going now....like yesterday. Repeating myself, I have no desire to smoke pot again, ever! Thanks for any information.
