Headquartered in Miami, Florida, The CDL School began operations in 1963, and operates four additional offices: The Northside Classroom, the Training Range, the Albana Campus, and the Lake Worth facility. Nationally recognized as a high-quality, full-service commercial driving school, CDL School is licensed and approved by the agencies where they operate schools.

CDL School boasts state of the art training and classroom facilities so students can maintain optimum focus during their training there, and employs experienced, licensed training staff.

What Programs Does The CDL School Offer?

The CDL School offers a comprehensive list of programs that range the gamut from an 8-hour course to prepare for the skills portion of the CDL exam all the way to an 80-hour course combining classroom and driving to learn the skills necessary to acquire a CDL.

Additionally, there are a number of certified courses expanding knowledge and skills in order to prepare the student for the entry level in the trucking industry. Plus there are a number of online courses available:

• CDL Learners Permit Courses: These courses will help you prepare for the State CDL Permit test at the testing office.
• CDL Training Courses Spanish: Spanish versions of their English offered courses.
• CDL Skills Test Preparation Courses: Courses that help prepare you for the State CDL Road Tests Exam.
• Certificate and Diploma Training Programs: Courses that prepare you for the employer. Advanced topics not required on the State CDL Exam.

The CDL School for Military Veterans

Troops Into Transportation is an exclusive program of The CDL School and its partner carriers. The CDL School is approved for the training of eligible veterans using the GI Bill, and operates Regional Training and Recruitment Facilities and can serve veterans throughout the USA.

CDL School's mission is job placement for veterans through in-depth CDL training programs with their ever-growing partner trucking companies.
