Hello Anne! Thank you for the reply! We'll definitely look into CFI, but I reckon if we can't find the route we want, at least going into Canada will be owe enough to what we're looking for, at least for now 🙂

Congratulations on you all's plans for teaming; sounds awesome. Have you considered applying for a 'lower 48' company to team with for a year, and then perhaps moving on to Lynden? Many companies are thrilled to take on a ready made team, and run into Canada, as well. Not sure about the Alaska part, however.

I'd suggest you start here: Apply For Truck Driving Jobs. Also, check out CFI. They love teams, as well. Apply for CFI.

Team drivers looking for lower 48 through Canada

Hello, my wife has been driving OTR for six months now and I just graduated a carrier academy and have done 300 hours of OTR training and we're now team driving, so basically no experience on my part.

We'd love to go OTR from the lower 48 through Canada to Alaska on a regular.

I know Lynden hires for a route through Canada, but they want at least one year experience.

Does anyone know of a carrier that hires new drivers for this kind of team driving?
