So call them and get them to adjust it and I won't have the violation anymore I know they can't edit the drive line I'm fine with that as long as I don't get the violation does it sound like I understand to you im a newer driver

Call your logs department. You should be able to edit the on duty to off. Nothing you can do about the driving. You may be able to annotate it. However, it's still your drive time.
