How can I get hired with multiple preventative accidents
Things are tough out here right now. There are a few companies that may be willing to hire you, but they pay less because of it. Companies like CR England, Trans Am and dutch maid.
Worst case scenario, try a 1099 employer. Just be prepared to deal with the tax side of things and the shady business practices.
I have applied to C.R. England I will apply to trans am. Thank you for the tip I will try 1099 companies also.

Ann, great way to start the conversation. We are the peanut gallery? We just talk smack?
Why even come here to ask advice? You have already decided to reject any advice you won’t like, that much is obvious. What else is obvious is that you accept no responsibility for YOUR mistakes. You claim you did a GOAL and still high hooked? How is that possible?
Realistically, it’s probably time for you to find another line of work.

I’ve talked to Facebook groups and in person with other driver all they did was talk smack I understand I screwed up big I’m just looking for and actual advice other than “go find another line of work” or “go apply at Wendy’s” etc. I haven’t decided to reject any advice I’m trying to be as proactive as possible or else I wouldn’t be here I did get out and look I didn’t get close enough to the trailer before getting out to look I know what I did wrong all I’m looking for is advice to help me get back on the right path to succeed

How can I get hired with multiple preventative accidents
Before I go in depth I’m prepared the peanut galley is going to talk smack.
At the end of this past March I was terminated by my first transport company. The company had blamed me entirely for my first accident during the training phase the trainer was not paying attention and I didn’t turn my head fast enough(trainer was standing outside on driver side ) I crunched a small part of the pass-side rear corner into a trailer. Second one I took off pass-side blind-side mirror in a yard backing into a tight space. Third one happened in another yard where dropped a trailer with the landing pads not fully down however I didn’t do any damage to truck and trailer sent proof to fleet manager. And the last straw I had high hooked a trailer bent out a quarter section of ferrying on driver side I did do my G.O.A.L before backing into trailer. I know all this may sound like to another driver I am a bad driver. I understand it’s important to get back in the seat and get proof I’m not a high risk driver however not a single company will touch me w/ 6 month solo experience and accidents any advice to help me get back on the right path is really appreciated.

I have thrown out a mass amount of applications out to various companies. I will continue to do so until I get a chance. I will add retraining into the mixture. Should I see about going back to my driving school would that help? I do blame the trainer for not paying attention to what I’m doing but not as much as I blame myself seeing that I am responsible for my actions. I know nearly all companies are being very picky due to company policy & insurance reasons as I stated before I am responsible for my action the architect of my own destruction if you will. I’ll eat crud and do whatever I needed to get back in the seat.
