Seeking some advice, I had a lane change accident recently, I was attempting to avoid a slow merging vehicle in the rain and did a lane change nothing reckless or sudden but the vehicle that I merged in front of decided that they wanted to try and outrun me on the shoulder instead of yielding. She ran out of shoulder and hit my bumper which caused a pit maneuver, she told trooper that i merged on her so he cited me, My former company ruled it as preventable and dismissed me. I was able to obtain a copy of the video even though the company would not give it to me, and I see the facts that support what happened. The issue is that its new, I have a open citation, and companies are saying no. I have written and asked the Trooper to view the footage and change the citation are there any companies out there willing? even WE said a open ticket they cannot work with, and to pay it, which I am not going to do!
