Russian or other trucking?

What are some international companies (Russian, etc) I have I months otr but in the beginning I got 3 preventable just learning. I like to stay out i want to work and im on time. No major accidents and having hard time finding a job. The last company i was with fired me for yelling at someone even tho they were yelling at me abd they called my company. Next time i wont. Anyway...I always get to orientation then when my last company verifies they see the preventables. There's nothing on my DAC or mvr. Please help I don't want my cdl to be useless and I'll walk away from now on
