Should I check DAC or CSA?

I got terminated Tuesday for touching my cellphone more than once while it was in the cradle.

Now I know I should have pulled over but I was using my headset. I tapped the phone to make a call. There were several extension prompts (you know, push 1 for English and if you know your parties extension yada yada )

The video shows me touching the screen and then putting my hand back on the wheel each time. (3 exactly) Obviously, I didn't wait enough time for the camera to register before retouching the screen.

How long before this appears on my CSA or my DAC?

I don't want to buy one if it's too soon to show up.

The company claims it's only an internal violation and they aren't reporting it. Not sure I believe that being it was grounds for termination.
