SPE (Skill Performance Evaluation) Certificate

Hi all! I worked at the Southern Service Center a few summers ago to help administer SPE certificates. As part of my work, I created a map of orthopedic surgeons other truckers have used in the past to get their physical done. It's one part of the application that seems to be hard for people to get through, so I hope this helps.
