Workout / Fitness: OTR

Just wanted to see for those of you that train over the road what does your training log look like and what equipment are you using?

I'm currently driving OTR and I try and stop in at planet fitness or anytime fitness when the parking lots allow or when there's a walmart or somewhere I can park near by. I try to hit them 2-3x a week most weeks. I also take my showers there.

But as you know on the move all the time and tight constraints, for the most part my training revolves around my truck and at truck stops.

I'd be interested in seeing what you guys training logs look like and what equipment your using over the road outside of the gyms?

Here's my training schedule:

Push Day: 3x Week Weighted Dips 4, 4, 7, 7, 10, 10 Weighted Decline Pushups 12 Down Weighted Diamonds 12 Down Weighted Flat Pushups 12 Down Pushups / Band OHP 30 Down (465 pushups) Band Crushers / Side Delt Raises 15 Down

Pull Day: 3x Week (Try to Find Gym for Back Day) Weighted Chins / Unweighted Chins 6, 6, 6, 12, 12, 12 Plate Rows / Shrugz / Farmer Walk 4s 15 Reps CG Rows / WG Band Rows (slow reps) 4s 15 Reps Pull Aparts / Facepulls 4s 15 Reps Legs and Core: (Every Other Night) Band Squats 10 Sets 10 Reps Plate Lunges 5 Sets xx Reps Wtd. Situps 5 Sets 25 Reps
