Texas Moving Violations in personal car with a CDL

Hello, I recently obtained a Class A CDL for my job, however I only need it for occasional use or validation of something new. 99.9% of the time I drive I am in my personal car.

I am looking to find out how moving violations work in Texas when the driver has a CDL, but is not driving a commercial vehicle.

Does the type of vehicle I am driving at the time of the violation matter if I have a CDL?
