Info on Smith Transport

Looking for info on Smith Transport. Like what type of company they are to work for, do they hair test or urine only. Reason for that is I don't have alot of body hair and shavey head since I'm almost bald. Would like to know so I can start growing out what I can before I go for orientation in 2 weeks.
