Sealed criminal record. Disclose or Not?
I had a petty theft misdemeanor years ago and got a Suspended Imposition of Sentence probation in Missouri. Which means when my probation is over my record becomes sealed and i can legally say that i have never been convicted of a crime and employers can not see this information. I have done 2 background checks on myself from reputable companies and checked local data bases and it doesnt show. Should I disclose this information with the recruiter or at orientation? Or should I just keep quiet as it does not show up from any background checks?

I have overseas work experience does that count
Hello I have overseas work experience (non trucking) and i have a high interest in trucking when i come back home. the company is in a foreign country and i was paid by the foreign company. It is an international company with branches in the usa china, south korea, russia, Indonesia, australia etc... i have verifiable work history at the company but it not being an american company i dont have w2. is it possible to get into a sponsered cdl program?
