Oilfield - Wireline

I've been driving a truck for a few years now. I started having trouble staying away behind the wheel and found out I had a severe case of OSA. I don't want to put anyone's lives at risks and cause any accidents so I'm trying to find another area I can use my CDL but not drive for extended periods and I've found that the oilfield has a lot of job opportunities where the truck is just a tool used on the job. That's where I ran into wireline operator job postings on Indeed....

I got in touch with one of the wireline recruiters and he offered me a very pleasing salary with a schedule that would allow me to be home for a whole week after being out for two weeks. I like the idea of the home time while making enough money to live comfortably. I was just curious if anyone here has any experience with wireline jobs? I don't have the strongest back in the world and I'm a little bit on the heavy side but I just want to know what to expect going into the job as I haven't found much research on it online other than the purpose of the job.

Thank you for your responses and stay safe.
