So I went on vacation with my fiancee in Vegas at the end of last month came back I wasn't feeling too well, went to the doctor and they diagnosed me as a 35 yr man with type 2 diabetes, how do you deal with that as a trucker?

I’m about to do mine in about an hr it’s only a 194 mile drive and I have 5hr33 on my clock I’m running on recap hrs and congrats on the first run
