Failure to maintain control in personal vehicle

Hi! I have a very recent "failure to maintain control" in my personal vehicle. The company that was hiring me told me that they couldn't hire me for three years unless I got it changed to a simple speeding ticket. I am contesting it, but if I don't win, is there any company that will hire me?
