My apologies, I've been lurking in the background for some time now, trying to screw up my courage to take the leap, and now that I have, I find myself in a bit of a conundrum.
I have my DOT physical completed. I'm scheduling my CLP test for next week and will be applying for paid training shortly thereafter. My question is about forms of identification.
What I have is my original birth certificate (certified copy), marriage license, car registration, SS card, and I have a "Real ID" from Ohio but no passport.
Here's the fun part.
I was married twice and kept my first married name after the divorce (long story), so my second marriage license has that name, not my maiden name. In other words, my name on my birth certificate doesn't match my marriage license. My divorce papers from my first marriage have vanished from my filing cabinet, otherwise, I would just bring the paper trail with me that I had when I got my Real ID DL.

Forms of identification question
Hi all,

What other forms of identification are needed?
