Thank you so much for this information. I was feeling fairly discouraged so this has lifted my spirits. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.

I hope y’all don’t mind answering a question for me. I graduated in 2000 working in my field until 2015 at which time I was put on disability. In 2017, while still on disability, I moved in with my parents to help as they’re elderly/sick. From 2017 to present I worked off and on while still helping my parents. My question is will these gaps in my recent employment history preclude me from trucking school/employment? Before I went on disability I had the same job for 10 years. Went off disability in 2018 but was helping my parents so have no employment/disability for about 1.5 years. Thanks for your time.
