Fleeing and eluding

I have a misdemeanor for fleeing and eluding from 2019. I’m trying to figure out which companies will consider hiring me. I completed truck driving school in February and applied to some places but got turned down. I want to fill out applications again but don't know who to apply with. Any help or suggestions? Please
